About the role

Are you passionate about creating high-impact events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue? As a Senior Event Marketing Manager at Envoy, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of field marketing and tradeshows across the U.S. and U.K. This role goes beyond logistics—you’ll develop scalable event programs that fuel pipeline growth, enhance sales enablement, and elevate Envoy’s presence in key markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure every event delivers a measurable business impact.

With a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, you’ll own event execution, optimize ROI, and build scalable processes for ongoing success. You’ll collaborate closely with another field marketing manager and internal and external stakeholders, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to every initiative. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll shape the future of Envoy’s event marketing and field programs.

This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will

  • Lead Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a comprehensive field event marketing strategy and regional field marketing initiatives across the U.S. and U.K. Oversee planning, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and execution.

  • Enable Sales & Cross-Functional Success: Partner with sales, BDR, and customer success teams to develop engagement strategies, pre-event training, and structured follow-up playbooks. Ensure timely Salesforce lead processing and collaboration with marketing and revenue teams.
  • Enhance Brand & Drive Innovation: Leverage customer advocacy, partner collaboration, and sponsorships to elevate brand presence. Identify new event opportunities, refine best practices, and improve event marketing impact.
  • Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 40% travel for event execution.
