$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Direct Hire-Full Time role Kent, WA As a Hydraulic Engineer in the Wholesale Trade industry, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing hydraulic systems that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing fluid dynamics and ensuring that hydraulic machinery operates at optimal levels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. The end result of your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of hydraulic systems, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position offers an opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment while driving improvements in hydraulic engineering practices. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Must have at least 3 years of hydraulic power unit design. Proven experience in hydraulic system design and analysis. Experience with CAD software. Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering or a related field. Experience with Inventor. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities: Design and develop hydraulic systems and components based on project requirements. Conduct simulations and tests to evaluate the performance of hydraulic systems. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure timely project delivery. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hydraulic equipment. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on hydraulic system designs and performance evaluations. Skills: The required skills in hydraulic system design and analysis will be utilized daily to create efficient and effective hydraulic solutions. Your understanding of fluid mechanics will guide your decision-making in system optimization and troubleshooting. Proficiency in CAD software will enable you to produce accurate designs and modifications as needed.
