We’re hiring a full-time
Managing Director
for our Assisted Housing Division.
Role
As the Managing Director, Assisted Housing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various programs that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:
Lead and support the Assisted Housing team, overseeing the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), special voucher programs, and various grant programs while ensuring full compliance with all federal, state and program regulations. Oversee the HCV program budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maintain financial sustainability and maximize program impact. Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the HCV program expanding access to affordable housing opportunities and enhancing available resources. Analyze program performance and create actionable plans for continuous improvement and enhanced service delivery, leveraging regulatory flexibility and opportunities for innovation. Foster a high-performing team culture through regular coaching conversations, active performance management, and targeted development opportunities while engaging and motivating team members to achieve individual and organizational goals through clear expectations and ongoing guidance. For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time. Your Experience, Skills, And Education Should Include
In depth knowledge of/experience with federal housing and/or human services programs. Experience with overseeing a department or division budget. Experience contributing to strategic planning efforts, developing short and long term plans to deliver results. Experience in developing staff and communicating performance expectations clearly and consistently. At least eight years relevant work experience (5+ years management experience) and Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. You’ll Love Us Because
