Kalispell, MT.

As General Manager, reporting to the COO, you will oversee the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring excellent customer service. You will build relationships with clients, employees, and industry partners to drive sales, improve productivity, and meet performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving financial targets, strategic planning, and strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of all dealership departments—including sales, finance, service, and parts—in alignment with the Cam Clark Auto Group's strategic vision. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, employees, and industry partners to generate new business and achieve common goals. Monitor the financial performance of the dealership, addressing any operational concerns that could impact results; utilize KPIs in all departments to ensure success against forecasts. Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance metrics and sales goals; celebrate team success and cultivate a positive culture of excellence. Ensure that all internal processes, procedures, and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented, and followed, adhering to Montana state regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement strategies for growth. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a related discipline is an asset. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dealership sales management, with a proven track record in building and mentoring successful teams. Previous Nissan Executive Management or Hyundai experience is preferred. Experience in vehicle service, parts, or autobody operations is an asset. Familiarity with dealership accounting practices, budgeting, and expense management is an asset. Ability to deliver excellent customer service with integrity. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and supervisory abilities.
