Location: New York, NY Lead, Scale, and Optimize Revenue Growth

With a market-leading position, new AI-driven products, and strong inbound demand, we are looking for a Vice President of Sales to build a world-class sales organization. As VP of Sales, you will lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving pipeline execution, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. You will partner with our CRO to execute our go-to-market strategy, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and repeatability in our sales process. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Execution Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing Account Executives. Drive pipeline development and execution, ensuring full-funnel efficiency. Establish rigorous sales processes, cadences, and performance metrics. Pipeline & Forecasting Excellence Develop and implement best-in-class pipeline management to drive deal velocity. Own forecasting accuracy, ensuring predictability and transparency in revenue reporting. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and optimize conversion rates. Go-to-Market Execution Work closely with the CRO and marketing to align strategy and drive market penetration. Leverage AI-driven products and strong inbound demand to accelerate new client acquisition. Ensure consistent sales messaging and execution across the team. Sales Operations & Process Optimization Implement and optimize CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Develop scalable playbooks, onboarding programs, and training frameworks. Drive data-driven decision-making to improve win rates and sales efficiency. What You Bring
7+ years of sales leadership experience, managing Account Executives in high-growth B2B environments. Proven ability to scale and optimize a sales team in a high-velocity sales model. Deep experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process execution. Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
