Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator
to manage and optimize our online presence. This role involves overseeing our digital marketing efforts, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand. With over 41 years of automotive excellence and a team of over 400 employees, we’re looking for a passionate marketing professional to help elevate our brand presence across the Greater Pittsburgh and Tri-State areas. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead digital marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
Serve as the primary liaison with our advertising agency to execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring accurate, engaging, and up-to-date content.
Oversee inventory feeds and ensure seamless integration with digital platforms for maximum engagement.
Work closely with brand digital representatives to align strategies, promotions, and creative assets.
Collaborate with photographers, ensuring high-quality images that meet brand standards for use across digital platforms.
Content Creation & Brand Voice:
Develop and create engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites — including graphics, videos, reels, and copywriting.
Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints, including website, social media, and email.
Maintain a strong presence across various social media platforms, fostering engagement and brand awareness.
SEO & Analytics:
Optimize SEO strategies and content to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to all digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze website performance and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing data-driven recommendations.
Track marketing KPIs and provide reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and ROI.
Email & Digital Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
Implement targeted marketing strategies that enhance customer interaction and lead generation.
Qualifications: Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing, website management, or content coordination.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS) preferred.
Experience with multi-location or franchise marketing is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with an analytical approach to marketing and content creation.
