Qualifications for this position: Must have a strong desire and passion for direct patient care. Must have strong documentation skills and be able to work independently. Previous direct patient care or work in human services experience preferred, but not required. High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. FREE CNA Training Program
to prepare you for a career in a variety of eldercare settings including our
nursing home, short-term rehab, adult day centers, assisted living and home care . A retention bonus of $1,000 is available upon completion of 6 months of satisfactory qualifying employment with Saint Elizabeth Community and again at the end of 12 months, for a
total of $2,000 .

Learn foundational nursing support skills to provide expert-level, dedicated and attentive care from our experienced clinical education leaders. Our program consists of both comprehensive classroom and hands-on clinical education.
Upon successful completion of the Training Program, you are guaranteed placement as a CNA!
** Ability to work in another capacity for Saint Elizabeth before and during training is available **
Please note that CNA class graduates are required to maintain employment with Saint Elizabeth Community in a staff position with a minimum of 24 scheduled hours per week for a period of one year following graduation. Should your status change or employment end prior to fulfilling the one-year commitment, graduates are responsible for reimbursing Saint Elizabeth Community for the cost of their training.
