Weitsman Recycling

is hiring a

Customer Support Specialist

to provide exceptional service to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Process orders, schedule pickups, and coordinate transportation. Handle billing inquiries and process payments. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Support sales efforts by providing product details and pricing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Availability to work

40+ hours per week, including weekends . Benefits:
