Job Description:
- The position involves working in an operating room setting. - Phone interviews will be conducted for candidates. - Employees must be prepared to report to work within 30 minutes if on-call. - Weekend work is required every other weekend. - Floating to areas of need is required for contingent staffers. This can happen pre-shift, mid-shift, or several times during a shift. - Staffers may be downstaffed or flexed for 4-hour increments when needed. - Wearing Navy Blue scrubs is mandatory. - Offers must be accepted or declined within 48 hours; otherwise, they will be pulled. - Time off requests will not be added or altered once an offer is accepted.
