The Superintendent position involves overseeing and managing construction site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company policies, while also coordinating with project management teams, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Self-Storage, Commercial project experience needed Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans Proficiency in project management software and administration technology Must be willing to travel
