Heavy Equipment Operator Job at Mid Michigan Crushing & Recycling in Conesville

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to become a part of our team! We are looking for an experienced excavator operator. We work 55+ hours a week. We are crushing concrete from the torn down power plant here in conesville and this position will be working until the end of summer.

Responsibilities:

• Pulling down concrete to make it more easily accessible by the loader operator.
• Pulling heavy steel out from raw concrete
• Cleaning around crushing plant
• Inspect equipment daily
• Grease/fuel equipment daily
• Communicate need for maintenance or repair
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have years experience in a loader or excavator
• Strong work ethic, we work until the job is done that day
• Must be on time and reliable.
• Able to take direction and learn
