With a 100-year legacy in textile and linen distribution, we are now expanding into high-tech inventory management and sustainability. We’re seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder who will play a pivotal role in onboarding incoming customers and driving the development of a high-quality, enterprise-grade product. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical initiatives to successfully onboard new customers, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap to elevate our platform from MVP to a robust, scalable, and secure solution. Oversee end-to-end product development, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. Manage and mentor our growing engineering team, including offshore developers, to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery of milestones. Establish agile practices and operational processes to maintain product quality as we scale. Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS, RFID, AI, and IoT to continuously improve our product. Implement best practices in quality assurance and performance monitoring to exceed customer expectations. Work closely with sales, customer success, and executive leadership to translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and market needs. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent) in a startup or rapidly growing tech company. Demonstrated expertise in SaaS development, with a track record of building scalable, high-quality products. Strong background in RFID, AI, IoT, or related technologies, and experience managing offshore or distributed development teams. Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives. A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving sustainable growth in a traditional industry through modern technology. Compensation:
