What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Grow and maintain Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business within designated territory Prospect for new business opportunities at existing and targeted OEM/MRO accounts Develop and implement Territory Business Plans to ensure market growth Conduct training sessions and seminars for customers and distribution channel partners Provide feedback to the marketing department to meet market needs

What is Required (Qualifications): Post-Secondary Education required; University Degree preferred Must live within the geographic core of the territory Previous industrial sales experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity about manufacturing processes Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in distribution channel management Knowledge of local and key accounts within the territory Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
