Title: Customer Service I
Duration: 6 months
Location: Livermore, CA, 94550
Timings: Flexible between 5am-5pm PST
Job Description: The selected candidate will be working with Acelis Health in the Enrollment Services department, where they will assist customers throughout the enrollment process. The role involves being the point of contact from the start of the account, through the review of costs and service details, and until the customer is trained and becomes active. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through the enrollment process. Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the entire enrollment journey. Review cost and service details with the customer. Ensure customers are trained and transitioned to active status.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is required. Experience working over the phone is necessary. Must be able to learn quickly and retain information. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask effectively. High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Excellent attendance is required.
Preferred Skills: Previous benefits or enrollment experience is a plus.
