Position Highlights:
- Pay : $30.60 per hour (weekly pay: $1,300 - $1,400); OT after 40 hours
- Work Type : Local routes & deliveries, temp-to-hire.
- Equipment : 53' Reefer trailers
Schedule :
- 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- 24-hour operation, with 3 days off during the week
- Weekend work required
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport groceries to local grocery stores
- Touch freight using electric pallet jacks for palletized freight as needed
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for local routes with occasional overnight layovers (no more than one day)
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements:
- CDL License : Valid Class A CDL
- Experience : At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience required
- Availability : Must be available for weekend shifts, as this is a 24-hour operation
- Safety Requirements : Clean MVR and stable work history
