AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient and the largest health system in southeastern New Jersey, is expanding its Women's Health team. We're looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our growing Women's Services team and provide exceptional, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life.
As a key member of our Women's Services team, you'll work alongside board-certified OB/GYNs and other women's health specialists to provide comprehensive care. You'll use your advanced clinical expertise to support preventive care, reproductive health, prenatal/postnatal care, and management of gynecological conditions-helping to improve the overall well-being of the women in our community.

* Competitive base salary * Comprehensive medical benefits package * Up to 264 hours of paid time off, which includes 40 hours of New Jersey sick leave annually and 224 hours for vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal time * CME allotment, including dedicated CME time off * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage * Access to 403b and 457b benefits, including non-elective contributions
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by New Jersey law. * Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of New Jersey and certified by the State Board of Nursing. * Certification within area of specialty required and granted privileges from Atlantic City Medical Center medical staff. * Minimum 2 years of experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or a related field as an RN in New Jersey. * Proficiency in clinical applications preferred at time of hire (training will be provided, and competency will be required within 30-60 days). * BLS HCP certification required.
