Position Title: Cybersecurity Analyst II

Location: Pyeongteak, S. Korea

Status: Full-Time- Regular

FLSA Category: Exempt

Tribalco is seeking a motivated individual for a mid-level Cybersecurity Analyst position to support our DOD customer’s enclosed coalition network. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for a range of duties critical to maintaining the security posture of our network.

Responsibilities

  • McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Administration
  • Manage and maintain the Trellex ePolicy Orchestrator to ensure effective security policy enforcement.
  • Monitor and respond to security events detected by ePO.
  • Nessus Scanning
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using Nessus to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
  • RMF Accreditation Package Processing
  • Develops, processes and tracks to completion Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages, Requirement Change Requests (RCRs) cybersecurity processing and Cybersecurity Change Ticket processing.
  • Ensure compliance with DOD and RMF security standards and policies.
  • Cybersecurity Site Requirements Processing and Validation
  • Collaborates with network, system administrators and field service technicians to validate and implement cybersecurity site requirements.
  • Participate in the review and validation of security controls for various sites within the network.
  • Analytical Cybersecurity Reporting
  • Conduct research, analysis, and correlation across a wide variety of all source data sets (indications and warnings).
  • Perform cyber defense trend analysis and reporting.
  • Characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats to network resources.
  • Coordinate with Component, Joint and Combined enterprise-wide cyber defense staff to validate network alerts.
  • Identify and analyze anomalies in network traffic using metadata.
  • Provide daily summary reports of network events and activity relevant to cyber defense practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Ability to manage alternate and collateral duties in conjunction with primary duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain all Corporate, DOD and Customer Computer-Based Trainings as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Hands-on experience with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and Nessus scanning.
  • At least 3-5 years or more of experience as an appointed ISSO/ISSM on a Coalition Network or Secret or above DODIN enclave.
  • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process is a must.
  • Familiarity with DOD Cross Domain Solutions, NSA “Raise the Bar (RTB) and DISA’s Defense Security/Cybersecurity Authorization Working Group (DSAWG) Controlled Interface operations a plus.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, related field or 3-7 years’ direct experience in cybersecurity, defensive cyber operations, senior network administration or senior systems administration fields.
  • IAM Level II and IAT Level III Certification for 8570 Baseline Certification.

OR Upon DOD Manual 8140.03 Implementation

  • Must meet Advanced Role Based certification requirements for Protect and Defend, Cyber Defense Analyst (511) for DOD 8140 Role Based Cyber Workforce Qualifications upon hire.
  • Must meet Advanced Role Based Operate and Maintain, Technical Support Specialist (411) for DOD 8140 Role Based Cyber Workforce Qualifications upon hire.
  • Must have Computing Environment Certificate for Linux, MS Windows.
  • Must have current HBSS DISA Training Certificate.
  • Must have Current ITIL Foundations with CE.

Clearance

  • Top Secret/T5 Level Clearance required.
