Our esteemed luxury goods client is seeking a dynamic and strategic FP&A Manager to join their finance team. This pivotal role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to drive informed decision-making within a high-end, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for luxury and innovation.

Job Details

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 per year
Bonus: 10% Bonus
Location: West Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities

• Leading the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that funds are available for ongoing operations and investments.
• Developing and implementing procurement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implementing cost control and optimization strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining the highest quality of luxury goods.
• Providing insightful financial data to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Conducting financial modeling and risk assessment for new business initiatives and investments.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Presenting financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the luxury goods or retail industry.
• Proven experience in cash flow monitoring, procurement process improvement, and cost control & optimization.
• Must have Big 4 Background.
• Must have consumer goods experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for luxury goods and a keen understanding of the luxury market dynamics.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
