What You Can Expect: + The Quality Performance Analyst 1 will assist with the maintenance of quality databases, reports, decision-support tools, and scorecards. + Support medical staff, employees, leaders, and other stakeholders to develop expertise with regulatory programs, requirements, and associated data. + Participate in the process to collect information about metric scope, data requirements, and prioritization criteria of data requirements. + Assist with data management and data governance requirements to complete tasks that help define data policies and standards to ensure high quality data and analytics. + Participate in data analysis and data quality assurance efforts, and work to develop subject matter expertise on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance data for continuous quality improvement.
