The Chief Nursing Officer LTAC will have strong nursing leadership experience ideally in the rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long term care specialties. The Chief Nursing Officer LTAC will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, such as nursing department directors, to develop comprehensive care plans. Administratively, the Chief Nursing Officer LTAC will work closely with the CEO to develop and enforce nursing policies, oversee recruitment, and ensure that all nursing practices comply with hospital standards.
