JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Greystar has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success. This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. What your day might look like Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service Conducting prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes Community event planning and execution Follow up with prospects by phone and email Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units Assisting in lease renewals Responding to resident concerns What we are looking for Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively High level of professionalism in both manner and dress Essential Responsibilities: Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals. Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions. Designs and executes marketing activities. Uses the on-site property management software to track apartment availability. Ensures that the community and show units meet the Company’s standards. Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction. Executes and performs activities in support of the community’s lease renewal program. Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns. Required Licenses or Certifications: Must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. The hourly range for this position is $21.75 - $25.00. Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
