Advise and represent clients in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare proxies. Handle fiduciary litigation, including trust and probate disputes. Assist with business succession planning and asset protection strategies. Navigate federal and state estate and gift tax matters. Counsel clients on Medicaid planning, elder law, and guardianship issues. Oversee the administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts. Represent clients in probate court and fiduciary litigation cases. Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Washington State Bar License. Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Strong knowledge of revocable & irrevocable trusts, wills, fiduciary litigation, and charitable planning. Proven ability to handle complex estate and tax planning matters. Experience with guardianships, elder law, and Medicaid planning is a plus. Excellent legal research, drafting, and client communication skills. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
