With a growing pipeline of exciting new projects, this is the perfect opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor eager to make a real impact, take ownership of key projects, and accelerate their career progression.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The Owner of this progressive practice is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running, confidently managing projects with independence and expertise.
Backed by a supportive and highly experienced senior team of 5x professionals, and looking to grow by an addition two immediately, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse range of projects, primarily within the education, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors, with values between £1m - £10m.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will have:
A RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Pre and post contract experience
Able to run a project independentlyIn Return?
£50,000 - £60,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
