Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Specialist to join a client of ours team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and play a key role in managing Human Resources functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and employee relations. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage job postings, conduct reference checks, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
  • Actively participate in job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.


Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a supportive work environment.


HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.


Training and Development

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions to support employee growth and development.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding career development plans.


Compensation:

$65,000 to $75,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
