Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for design, hospitality, and property management? Stay Awhile Villas is seeking an exceptional Portfolio Manager to oversee a select group of high-end real estate assets.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your portfolio, managing all aspects of operations and marketing. Responsibilities include maintaining a detailed maintenance calendar, coordinating with guests, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with our brand’s high standards. You will collaborate with a talented team, but ultimately, you will be responsible for the success and presentation of your properties under the Stay Awhile Villas brand.
To thrive in this role, you must have property management experience, a polished and professional demeanor, and strong communication skills . You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, yet confident and composed when dealing with C-level executives.

As a Portfolio Manager , you’ll be the main point of contact for 8-15 luxury properties , ensuring everything runs smoothly after a booking is confirmed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guest Experience & Property Inspections – Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring each property meets our meticulous quality standards.
- Maintenance & Upkeep – Coordinate repairs and regular maintenance, working closely with our in-house maintenance team and third-party vendors.
- On-Call Oversight – Even on days off, remain available for urgent property concerns, with support from Field Hosts.
- Office & On-Site Presence – Work five days a week from the office and in the field, ensuring smooth operations across your portfolio.

- Luxury Property Experience – Previous experience in hospitality, high-end property management, or short-term rentals is required.
- Eye for Design – A natural ability to walk into a room and instinctively understand furniture placement, aesthetics, and ambiance.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Sonos, smart home systems, Aqualink, Ring cameras, and smart locks to ensure seamless functionality for each guest’s arrival.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail – Consistently upholding luxury standards across multiple properties.
- Problem-Solver – Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve maintenance issues and guest concerns with efficiency.
- Exceptional Communication Skills – Comfortable liaising with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- Reliable Transportation – A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle to travel between properties as needed.
- Multitasking Pro – Able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Forward Thinker – Always one step ahead, identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Salary: $68,640+ per year
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (including weekends)
- Location: Beverly Hills/ LA Area
