A prominent U.S. financial services firm is seeking a manager to spearhead the enterprise-wide implementation of AI within operational risk and data governance functions.

The manager will collaborate cross-functionally, manage data and AI security risks, and execute risk assessments across Data and AI projects. This is a great opportunity to emerge as a leader in AI within the U.S. financial services sector.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate across legal, technical, and business teams to manage risk
    • Execute risk assessments across data management and AI projects
    • Create and manage AI governance and it's alignment across the organization
    • Manage data practices and AI security risks through collaboration with information security teams
    • Create enterprise training to bring awareness to AI risk and data management
    • Create KPIs and KRIs to monitor risk in AI and model data programs

  • Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of relevant experience
    • 6+ years of experience technology risk, information risk, or model risk
    • In depth experience with Data Management methodologies and AI (machine, learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
    • Knowledge of risk frameworks in context of data privacy and AI (NIST, ISO, IEC 42001, GDROP, CCPA)
