Our client, a boutique private equity firm specializing in multifamily investments, is seeking an Asset Manager to join their growing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, and portfolio oversight. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing asset performance and driving investment returns across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. This is an extremely hands-on position, responsible for a portfolio of about 10 properties nationwide.
*This is a full-time in-office position based out of Juno Beach, FL*
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and returns.
- Monitor financial performance, including NOI, rent growth, and expense control.
- Collaborate with 3rd party property management teams on leasing, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Analyze budgets, capital expenditures, and investment performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
- Regularly visit properties to ensure execution of business plans.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management.
- Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis skills.
- Experience working with third-party property managers and leasing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
