Our client, a global engineering and consulting company, has an exciting permanent opportunity for an HR Generalist  to be based in Houston, TX (North Houston) for a hybrid opportunity. Assists business unit(s) HR Business Partner, HR Director, VP of HR complete HR Tasks. Maintain strict standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive company and employee information. PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • The HR Generalist will report to the VP of HR and will provide end-to-end generalist support to business units in a multi-state, multi-location environment. • The job requires a highly-capable Generalist with strong results orientation, collaboration skills, customer service, and multi-tasking abilities. • The HR Generalist will support all aspects of human resources with focus on but not limited to Onboarding, Job Descriptions, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Leave Process (STD/LTD, FMLA), Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, and Safety. • Business partnership and Payroll processing experience is essential to the success of this role. • Other duties as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT Fast-paced, varied work environment. U.S.Travel will be required to help support business.
