Job Summary
The Project/Program Manager is responsible for managing smaller programs or specific phases of larger initiatives to ensure alignment with program objectives. The role involves coordinating resources, monitoring progress, reporting outcomes, and recommending process improvements. The position may also include budget management and vendor oversight to ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and administer programs to ensure activities align with objectives.
• Assess program needs and coordinate resources for optimal execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure program goals, schedules, and benefits are met.
• Document and present program results through reports, presentations, and publications.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and control expenditures within allocated limits.
• Oversee vendor management and contract administration, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience.
