The Enterprise Applications Analyst (SD/MM/PP) will engage directly with multiple cross-functional business teams to evaluate and deliver high quality solutions which optimize and enhance the existing SAP system. This role is chiefly responsible for evaluating new enhancements and project requests and supporting the business to define their requirements. These activities will support the project prioritization for the portfolio, as well as solution design. This role has a high-degree of user engagement to perform discovery requests and deliver solutions for new functionality.

The role will also serve as lead on small to medium enhancement projects, orchestrating solution design, managing deadlines, managing business communication and provides status updates, research and resolve production support issues, develop functional specifications from business requirements, coordinate development (ABAP&BW), provide technical support and contribute to overall software architecture and process solutions for SAP SD, MM, & PP. The role will be responsible for the solution, design, system configuration, testing, documentation and post implementation support.

This position reports to the Functional Analysts Manager within the Information Systems’ Enterprise Applications Team. The Information Systems Department has responsibility for Enterprise Applications, Master Data Management, IT spend and controls, IMO and the PMO for Refresco NA.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for solving complex problems; design, configure, test and implement solutions for SAP SD, MM, and PP

Analyzes business needs, documents requirements and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications. Performs analysis, and evaluates downstream business, systems, process, and/or organizational impacts.

Elicits complete and thorough requirements from the business to ensure accurate effort estimation

Accurately estimates effort required to implement a solution based on business requirements

Identifies all impacted functionality and processes when evaluating business requirements

Analyzes the process to be implemented, defines system requirements in terms of system capabilities and configures SAP.

Maintains a high level of functional competency regarding standard SAP SD, MM & PP configuration and keeping current on SAP trends & future enhancements.

Collaborates with the development team in order to achieve desired end-results on complex problems by delivering scalable business process solutions.

Plans and assists with oversight of testing processes and activities including defect identification and resolution.

Develops or assists in the development of work plans, time schedules, project task items, and assists with estimating resource needs for analysts, developers, business user personnel, and consultants.

Advises business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.

Experience and knowledge in key integration points of SD, MM, & PP with other operations and manufacturing modules.

Identifies risks and issues and seeks approval on complex matters.

Documents quality training material for business users.

Builds strong relationships with business partners.

Exhibits patience and devotes time to understand current state processes and configuration.

Provides subject matter expertise and production support to internal business partners on an ongoing basis.

Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

Expertise in design, delivery and support of SD, MM & PP SAP modules.

Extensive experience in Purchasing, STOs, Logistics, Transportation, Logistics Invoice Verification and related Materials Management processes

Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP Procure to Pay and Order to Cash

Extensive experience with Inbound and Outbound Deliveries, Goods Issue and Goods Receipt

Extensive knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, PM, PP, and QM

Experience with S4 and/or professional certification preferred

Experience with EWM highly desirable

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Production, Business, Information Systems or another related field preferred

5+ years hands on configuration experience in SD and MM modules

2+ full life cycle implementations with focus on SD/MM

SAP Certification in SD for Suite on HANA and/or S4 highly desired.

Job Requirements:
