Insight Global is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to work for one of our engineering consulting firms. This person will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, PC re-builds, guiding users through problem resolution, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of experience in IT related role - help desk, desktop support etc.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS) and common software applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. null
