Role Overview:
Zomee is seeking an eCommerce Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a pivotal role that owns the website and eCommerce management to drive sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, optimize and continuously manage the brand’s Shopify website to drive traffic, increase conversion, and improve the overall user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies that leverage Shopify features, integrations, and add-ons to support sales growth and streamline operations.
- Design and execute initiatives to drive upsell, repeat purchases and order value.
- Oversee the brand’s Amazon storefront, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, compelling product listings and enhanced brand presence with strategic merchandising.
- Partner with the Go to Market team to support campaigns and promotions with a presence on the website and Amazon storefronts.
- Partner with the paid activation team to build landing page destinations designed for media conversion.
- Partner with the product team to build product pages that promote the new benefits, features and products that Zomee creates.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing or similar.
- 5-7 years experience in e-Commerce management, preferably within a consumer goods or DTC brand.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Brand Analytics to drive insights and performance improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive e-Commerce success.
- Strong understanding of promotional planning for online marketplaces.
