Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in failure analysis within the semiconductor manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor products throughout the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed failure analysis and root cause investigations for defective semiconductor products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and test engineering, to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies to perform failure analysis, data collection, and statistical analysis.
- Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address quality issues and improve product reliability.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and driving quality standards across manufacturing processes.
- Assisting with the development and execution of quality control procedures, audits, and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering and failure analysis within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, failure modes, and reliability testing.
- Proficiency with failure analysis tools (e.g., FIB, SEM, TEM, X-ray) and statistical analysis techniques (e.g., SPC, DOE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
