We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced Warehouse/Inventory Manager to join our team in Exton, PA.

A working Warehouse Manager with direct experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in physically active environments and leads by example.
You will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of all inventory levels, ensuring productive and efficient logistics operations to organize, stock, document, fulfill, and flow all product from manufacturers/ vendors.
Requirements you must have:
- 2+ years of hands-on warehouse/inventory/logistics management
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience with 30,000 different SCU's
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort using mobile technology for deliveries and documentation
- A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example every day
What you’ll do:
- Lead AND participate in pulling, prepping, staging, and delivery of Diesel Parts
- Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse and delivery personnel
- Optimize warehouse operations — shipping, receiving, inventory control, fulfillment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Parts Department and Technicians
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Plan efficient delivery routes to save time and reduce trips
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Manage a staff of warehouse team members at a high level of efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, pull, prep, stage, and delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing product.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to optimize product flow, documentation, and organization.
- Implement effective logistics strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Develop category management strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on best practices in all functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
- Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department and wholesale accounts.
- Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
- Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
- Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory.
- Supervises stock order procedures.
- Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
- Works with the parts manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
- Analyzes departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Provides technical assistance to parts department employees.
- Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
- Directs shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing.
- Ensures that all dealership purchases are properly accounted for before payment is made.
- Enforces safety requirements, including but not limited to forklift training and operation, processing of SDS sheets on all products carried, and OSHA Right-to-Know.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales.
