We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in ground-up K-12 school construction to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control , ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ground-up K-12 school construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards .
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and school district representatives .
- Oversee safety compliance, inspections, and risk management .
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal education facility regulations .
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in K-12 or institutional construction .
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, budgeting, and scheduling .
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
