Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager – Miamisburg, OH
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading heavy civil & water/wastewater construction company based in Miamisburg, OH .
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil & water/wastewater projects
✔ Manage pre-construction planning, budgeting, and scheduling
✔ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful bids
✔ Analyze project risks and develop competitive pricing strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of estimating/pre-construction experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater projects
Strong knowledge of HCSS, Bluebeam, and estimating software
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines
