Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Manager located in Monrovia, CA. The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for ticket sales, ticket operations, communication, event ticketing, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.


This is an in-person position at our Monrovia, CA (Los Angeles) office, and you must be able to travel and work on weekends at our events. (Average of around 3-4 days at a time, approximately 15 weeks a year). The workload averages around 40 hours per week across the year. PTO will be provided to offset any weekends worked during events.


Qualifications

  • Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Event Ticketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and software is a plus
  • Previous experience in event management or hospitality industry
