Digital Marketing + Content Coordinator

Natick, MA


This is a hybrid role consisting of in office work + WFH.


The successful candidate will be in the Greater Boston area.


We are NIC+ZOE, a fiercely female clothing brand founded by designer, Dorian Lightbown. Founded in Boston in 2004, the brand is widely recognized for its knitwear, distinctive patterns, and sophisticated fits. Our customizable, versatile pieces are purposefully designed to help women feel just as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Manage the strategy for all social and offsite content calendars:

  • Plan and execute an effective content strategy across digital platforms, including owned and paid. Ensure content remains consistent across all platforms.
  • Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
  • Responsible for proofreading and editing content before publishing and gaining necessary alignment from internal team partners.
  • Work with our content management system to schedule, publish, edit, and update content.
  • Coordinate with copywriter on all social copy


Plan, design, and build social and digital campaigns across multiple platforms:

  • Collaborate with internal partners to create social specific content via planned photoshoots, retail events and in office.
  • Edit content for social media including any graphic design and video editing.
  • Create owned retail specific content for mall directory and social pages.
  • Utilize brand creative to resize and build digital ad content as needed.
  • Traffic all digital campaigns to the digital agency and local mall marketing teams.
  • Manage the strategy, selection, communication, and execution of local influencers used around owned retail stores:
  •  Includes building SOW, ordering, and sending product and overseeing invoices and payment.


Assist with national influencers as needed:

  • Order and package clothing
  • Research influencers that could be a good match for the brand/target audience
  • Outreach and communicate with national influencers/their teams directly on potential partnerships.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all store mall marketing teams for any/all digital content
  • Provide assets and information to local malls for all store promotions and all non-promo social posts on a weekly basis.
  • Work with local malls to supply assets for store directory pages on a quarterly basis.


Be the in-house expert on all things digital:

  • Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant - Keeping up to date with trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
  • Stay up to date on latest platform changes, new channels, media landscape and best practices – share knowledge and best practice with the team.
  • Gathering and analyzing social media metrics to enhance and optimize marketing efforts while creating reports to present to senior management.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively while working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and product goals.


Assist the creative team with content creation outside of digital as needed.


Manage incoming messages for all social platforms in partnership with Customer Service


Mange social budget and invoice management


Skills + Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2+ year experience developing digital web content in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment.

· Solid experience with graphic design

· Excellent interpersonal skills as the role requires working with a variety of teams internally and externally.

· Have run social campaigns via Meta and Pinterest.

· Proficiency in the following a plus: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva.

· Experience with social content platforms such as Sprout.

· Ability to manage multiple advertising programs under a set budget.

· Experience developing content for diverse audiences and differing engagement goals.
