Nurse Practitioner Pediatric ICU (PICU) and Transitional Care (TCU) Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitionerto provide advanced care in a 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and a 16-bed Transitional Care Unit (TCU). The PICU serves critically ill infants and children, while the TCU focuses on moderate-to-high complexity cases, including solid organ transplant recovery, non-invasive ventilation, and post-operative specialty care. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality care for pediatric patients in PICU and TCU settings. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans. Qualifications: * Master s degree in Nursing with valid Nurse Practitioner licensure. * CPNP-AC certification (Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner). * PALS and BLS certifications. * Minimum six (6) months of Pediatric Acute Care NP experience in PICU or similar settings. Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary: $186,279 $244,976, commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance.
