The ideal COO for this role will have a background in architectural glass, metal fabrication, and project-based installation, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, particularly in a private equity-backed environment. Key responsibilities will involve international material sourcing, supply chain management, and balancing deep operational involvement with high-level strategic planning. The role demands a CEO-caliber individual with a strong operational leadership style, a strategic vision, and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of effectively scaling the business. The COO will be expected to maintain first-class KPIs, ensure high-level project delivery, and manage the transition period effectively, all while structuring the team and operations for scale.
