Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their car buying experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, assisting with the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves customer follow-up, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies Experience with inventory management and product knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency with sales record-keeping and CRM software Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is beneficial Seniority level
