Overview Manager, Precision Media Digitas’ world-class Precision team is responsible for all digital media activation in this increasingly addressable world, including display, video, mobile, audio, and native. With a deep understanding of media platforms, data, and targeting strategies and razor-sharp analytical skills, our Precision specialists deliver optimal solutions that drive our clients’ business forward. We’re looking for an outstanding Manager—someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital media star to actively drive performance for some of the largest brands on the planet. In this role, you can make a real difference in our clients’ business and our own. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Oversee analysts and senior analysts on a day-to-day basis. Ensure analysts are equipped to handle campaign management activities, including campaign setup, optimization, maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. Play a role in campaign setup, providing final QA and confirming all aspects of a campaign are running smoothly. Provide feedback on optimization recommendations from analysts and guide their development. Provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation. Be responsible for the growth and development of analysts on the team. Direct and manage the daily workflow of all Digitas client campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps. Interface with media strategy teams to build strategic campaign plans and communicate recommendations. Prepare client deliverables ensuring quality and viability. Own the development of strategic proposals, coordinating across teams. Assume accountability for campaign execution and monitor campaign performance. Communicate our value proposition, technology, and processes related to agency accounts. Participate in forecasting exercises for senior management. Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices. Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members. Contribute to the development of best practices for improving communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations. Participate in sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimization. Encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity. Qualifications Qualifications: Four or more years of experience in display and video media buying. In-depth understanding of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, or similar buying platforms. Two or more years of people management experience. Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience. The ability to organize and manage your work and that of junior staff on the team. Strong analytical thinking and mathematical/quantitative skills. Solid presentation skills and comfortable presenting to key stakeholders. Excellent communication and writing skills. Got what it takes? We’d love to hear from you. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
