We seek a Senior Manager of Applications (IT) to drive innovation and improve productivity within our applications team.
Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Applications (IT) will enable the company to achieve business goals through application software and technology, ensure software applications support business requirements, and provide leadership in developing personnel within Information Systems and Technology.
Responsibilities: The role involves overseeing all application groups, implementing long-term vision and plans, cross-collaborating with IT services, managing budgets, ensuring compatibility of new applications, developing business relationships, leading business technology planning, managing team members' project tasks, determining operational objectives, improving systems, defining project requirements, providing user documentation, and recommending controls.
Qualifications and Preferences: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, extensive industry experience, including SAP S/4 HANA, excellent communication skills, preferably PMP certification and/or SAP certification, experience in automotive or industrial projects, and transformation to SAP S/4HANA from a legacy system.

Why are we hiring? We are working on a global digital transformation. Since our current systems are in-house developed and not globally integrated, we selected SAP as our global integrated platform. The new hire will lead the implementation of the Americas in collaboration with the headquarters in Japan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field Knowledge of Microsoft O365 Over 12 years of industry experience, with 10+ years in SAP modules, including full project lifecycle, maintenance, and enhancements Managed end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects from initiation to closure Involvement in at least one full S4 HANA implementation project within the manufacturing industry Led complex S/4 HANA projects, focusing on resource planning, technical leadership, and management Provided advisory services for technology-enabled business changes, including integrator/vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, and program diagnostics/recovery Planned, installed, integrated, and validated systems software/hardware solutions; led technical changes across environments Expertise in SCM SAP modules Strong technical proficiency with cross-functional knowledge Demonstrated ability in managing SAP integration projects, including ERP integration Experience in diverse IT environments and collaboration with global teams Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
