Salesforce Developer/Administrator
Location:
North Atlanta, Hybrid (2-3 Days onsite) Pay:
$100,000- $115,000
RESPONSIBILITIES Salesforce Administration & Process Optimization:
Maintain existing and develop new functionality that supports scalable processes. Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and permissions. Perform data management tasks, including data import, export, cleansing, and deduplication. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for system optimization. Create and modify workflows, process automation, approval processes, and validation rules to streamline business operations. Salesforce Development & Integrations:
Refactor outdated Apex code and replace with Flows where appropriate, ensuring maintainable and scalable automations. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce/Lightning pages. Design and develop custom objects, fields, record types, and relationships to extend Salesforce capabilities. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external data sources using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft). Assist with each Salesforce release cycle, implementing and deploying new features and updates while focusing on continuous delivery, monitoring, and optimization. Implement coding best practices to ensure optimal system performance, security, and data quality. Write and maintain test classes for all custom development. Perform code reviews, system testing, debugging, and post-deployment support, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and bug fixes. Collaboration, Training, and Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Partner with Sales Operations to provide training and support to end users, ensuring adoption of new features and best practices. Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, evaluating new features and ensuring the organization leverages the latest enhancements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
3+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred. Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools Proficiency in Apex development, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and test classes. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages. Strong API integration experience, including REST/SOAP and working with middleware tools. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable, maintainable solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
