Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant to join our team at Client. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and have a proven track record of successfully implementing end-to-end PPM solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in project management processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Grant Management, Project Management, Project Costing, and Project Billing, to design and implement tailored solutions for business needs. Lead and support the execution of end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementation projects, from requirements gathering and system design to go-live and post-implementation support. Conduct comprehensive functional testing to ensure that system configurations, updates, and enhancements align with business requirements, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of project and financial data. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution to ensure high data quality across PPM processes. Utilize reporting and data management tools such as Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Smart View, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI) to produce accurate, actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, technical, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion PPM with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems. Validate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion PPM functionalities, enhancing user adoption and proficiency. Analyze complex project management issues and offer solutions to optimize processes, improve project delivery, and enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules, including Project Management, Project Costing, and Project Billing. Proven experience leading at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations. Strong expertise in project portfolio management processes, including project financials, cost tracking, and billing. Proficiency in data management techniques, including validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data integrity. Extensive experience using reporting and data tools such as Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), OTBI, Smart View, FBDI, and ADFDI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and optimize project delivery processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users. Experience in performing functional testing and validating system changes to ensure the integrity of project and financial data. Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Fusion Certification (PPM or related track). Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, Finance Modules). Familiarity with AI-driven features and analytics within Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
