Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects focused on custom fixtures and displays. This role requires a deep understanding of custom fabrication processes across various materials, including metal, wood, plastics, and fabrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the custom display, retail fixture, or exhibit industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, ensuring client expectations, budget, and timelines are met. Collaborate with designers, engineers, fabricators, and vendors to develop and execute complex custom fixture and display solutions. Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to manage expectations and resolve project challenges. Ensure materials and fabrication techniques are properly specified and executed to meet quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively solving issues before they impact timelines or budgets. Oversee installation planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring seamless project delivery. Maintain thorough documentation, reporting, and tracking of project progress, budgets, and approvals. Drive continuous process improvement, ensuring best practices in project management and fabrication. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of project management experience in custom displays, retail fixtures, trade show exhibits, or a related industry. Strong understanding of materials and fabrication processes, including metalworking, woodworking, plastics, and textiles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications. Proven track record of managing multiple, high-complexity projects from concept to installation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing teams. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar). Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, production oversight, and installations. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or formal project management training. Experience in retail, event, or experiential marketing environments. Familiarity with 3D modeling software and design processes.
