We are working with a global organisation to appoint a Regional HR Leader for the Americas in one of their subsidiary businesses. This role, reporting into the Global HR Director, will provide strategic direction for the region, driving operational excellence, cultural integration, and sustainable growth. The role will also partner with the Regional VP and local leadership to build a high-performing team, optimize HR processes, and ensure compliance.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Develop and deliver regional talent management programs to support rapid growth.
Lead the regional implementation of the new performance management philosophy.
Contribute to the design and implementation of competitive global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with regional market practices.
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Directly manage and run HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Champion digital transformation, driving improvements within HR and across the business.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Experience in both large, established organizations and smaller, rapidly growing companies (including startups or organizations undergoing significant expansion).
Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for growing organizations.
Experience with post-merger or acquisition integration is highly valued.
Proven ability to build and foster positive, high-performing organizational cultures.
Commercial Acumen and demonstrated understanding of business principles, financial statements, and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in developing and implementing data-driven HR strategies.
Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Experience in managing all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations in the respective region.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

The role will be based in Tampa, Florida or Minneapolis, Minnesota with some opportunity for flexible working. Please note that only candidates based in Tampa or Minneapolis will be considered at this time. Salary:
