With 38 retail locations across the US and innovative Sell-By-Mail and Concierge programs, Crossroads provides convenient ways for eco-conscious customers who also love fashion to sell their gently used clothing. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Santa Barbara, CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Seniority level
