Summary Technical phone support and Warranty processes.

Essential Functions • Technical phone support /interaction with customers and service technicians resolving issues/repairs as being reported • Assisting customer, sales and technicians with various of question on part / equipment • Processing warranty claim and warranty orders / working with planers and logistic • Researching part number, drawing, BOM ETC within the system • Reporting quality or production issues. • Testing or inspection of parts / equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • High mechanical and technical ability • Knowledge and understanding of beverage systems and equipment and concepts to troubleshooting equipment • Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration operation • Excellent communication/phone skills • Ability to work under pressure and dealing with irate customers/ agents • Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-starter • General knowledge of computers, excel, word, access ETC.

Key Performance Indicators • Following warranty procedures / processed • Technical phone support • Continuous training

Education and Experience • High school diploma required / technical school / college helpful • 3 plus years of field technical experience /working within the beverage industry preferred • General Computer knowledge.

Work Environment This job operates in a combination of professional office and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office , computer, phones etc.. The employee occasionally is exposed to manufacturing environments and some use of item for movement , packaging , testing , inspection of parts or equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing for up to 8 hours, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
