About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the North America Sales operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Proactive development and implementation of sales strategies in collaboration with Sales leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Frequent travel activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Technical understanding for project acquisition.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in the packaging industry.
  • Ability to manage large global accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
